Salsa
Salsa is great way to learn hot that Latin movement, co-ordination and dance while maintaining fitness and exercise. In addition to the fantastic social environment, students learn musicality, turn patterns, Latin styling and of course, Latin movement. Register with a partner but no partners necessary to join.
Baila Boogaloo Salsa classes are offered in group sessions for beginner, intermediate and advanced, performance level and as well as kids and teen performance. Salsa classes are also offered in private and private group sessions for personal development, competition, first dance wedding choregraphy, Quince’s (Quinceañera- or Sweet 15), Sweet 16′s or any special events where you would like to shine.
For all Baila Boogaloo students, we offer regularly scheduled class/group outings at popular local Salsa & Latin dance clubs/venues where Baila Boogaloo hosts/teaches on specific evenings and students are encouraged to attend to practice, socialize and just have fun! Baila Boogaloo Group outings are always offered at discounted cover rates, dinner packages, show prices etc.
Salsa Beginner lessons are for people interested in learning the fundamentals and basics of salsa. Classes are geared to those who know nothing or little about Salsa or dance and with none or little experiences. You will learn the basic steps, technique, musicality and Latin movement.
Classes are offered in our Toronto location, Fridays, 7:30pm, 12 weeks, $89
Classes are offered in our Woodbridge location, Tuesdays, 8:00pm, 10 weeks, $115
Salsa Intermediate lessons are for people who know the basic steps and timing with a clear understanding of leading and following their partners. Or students have taken 10-12 salsa lessons recently. You will learn turn patterns, musicality, technique, footwork and styling.
Classes are offered in our Toronto location, Fridays, 7:30pm, 12 weeks, $89
Classes are offered in our Woodbridge location, Tuesdays, 8:00pm, 10 weeks, $115
Salsa Advanced lessons are for students who have taken our intermediate courses, or for students who have taken at least 25 salsa dance lessons recently with in a 6 -8 month time frame. There will be a combination of intricate turn patterns, musicality, styling, footwork and dips.
